Definitions of Customer Service
Good: Steve Jackson Games keeping its Ogre Designer Edition Kickstarter supporters properly informed about the project's status. It sucks that it's delayed again (though I might get it for Father's Day), but damn it looks pretty.
Very Good: My auto repair shop staying open ten minutes late Friday evening after I desperately called them so I could pick up my van. moonshadowed's bonus check doesn't come until then.
Very Bad: Calling American Home Shield twice to try and schedule an appointment to get my oven fixed with no contact from the contractor yet.
