Sink bird

So yesterday I drove down to Arlington to drop off the conyer parrot we'd be fostering, and picked up the new one, a cute little caique hybrid named Sadie. She's insanely mellow for an 'ique, and even let us put her in the kitchen sink for a bit of a runaround like it said she liked to do in the notes we got with her.

I've never met a bird who liked sinks before. She's gorgeous.

Caiques have no fear Of anything. Cats are considered playtoys that make funny noises when their noses are bitten.

It's no secret, but their [livejournal.com profile] moonshadowed's obsession, not mine. The last one was only interested in men (ie: Me) and kept trying to chew off the stem of my glasses.
