As for Teal, she does show up briefly in one story from the Unexpected Diversions e-book edition. I've got half a manuscript from some years back detailing her further adventures (finally reconciling with Philosopher after she's kidnapped by his enemies and taken to the Dragon States), but I never managed to finish it.
