jeriendhalSo my office just had it's monthly "Birthday Cake for Everybody Who Has a Birthday This Month" celebration. After the singing of Happy Birthday, but before the cutting of the cake, one of the supervisors took out a big manila envelope and gave me a $250 bonus check for all the work I put in getting the thrice-damned maps in order for the next printing.
Needless to say I was happily stunned. Not to mention excessively happy, because just yesterday I was surfing E-Bay for auctions of LGB train sets, and $250 would set me up with a nice chunk of gear... :):)
