“So, Mr....”
“Higgins, officer.”
“Could you tell me what happened?”
“Well, we were doing the experiment of Schrodinger's Cat...”
“The one with the box and the poison gas?”
“Yes, officer. After the whole mess with the dolphins the professor wanted to try something else.”
“If you say so, Mr. Higgins.”
“Yeah, so.... that didn't... er, go well.”
They looked at the glowing hole in the wall, and the growing pile of kitty litter rising at the base.
“You sure he's there?”
“The cat said he had some scooping to do.”
