Lines I Mean to Use, But Don't

jeriendhalFor whatever reason I've got a couple of pieces of dialog in my head that have been sitting there for years and I've never been able to place them in any of my stories.
(Protagonists are about to do/encounter something obviously dangerous)
ProtagOne: This is going to hurt a little, isn't it?
ProtagTwo: Oh, no. I imagine it's going to hurt enormously
(Protagonist just survived said painful encounter)
ProtagTwo: Can you get up?
ProtagOne: Do I absolutely have to?

Does anyone else ever have this problem?
