jeriendhal | Dad update (11/18)

Went to see Dad in the hospital last night after I got off from work. He looked okay. He was laying in a bed in the Short-Term Stay ward while they got a room for him, and was breathing normally while I chatted with him and he ate his dinner. Apparently the diagnosis currently is that either he is/was suffering from a blood clot, or has pneumonia. When Mom found him yesterday, he was laying bed complaining that he was too dizzy to get up, which is what prompted her to call the emergency squad.

I talked to him on the phone a few minutes ago. He sounded pretty cheerful, though with all the testing they seem to want to do he doubts he'll be getting out of the hospital today. I'll try and go see him at lunch.
