Dad Update (11/26)

jeriendhalWhee-la! Looks like Dad is gonna get out of hospital soon! He's running a low grade fever at the moment, which means he *might* not get out today, but he'll be able to leave soon, which is a marvelous relief. I'd rather have him stuck in there through Thanksgiving, rather than have him go home, only to come back and be there through Christmas!
Interesting factoid that I found out. Despite being 83, up until Dad was diagnosed with lung cancer back in January, he'd never been admitted to a hospital for an overnight stay in his entire life. No wonder he'd been getting so depressed right after his cancer surgery...
