So apparently either Friday or early next week (depending on how fast the paperwork is processed in HR) will be my last day at the company. I suppose it's real now. It didn't feel real before, but it just hit me as I said goodbye to Mrs. Dao in the cafeteria, a little Vietnamese immigrant lady who is one of the handful of people who have been at this company longer than I have, serving custom sandwiches to all the employees since God knows when. I almost cried when she hugged me.
