Unexpected Diversions on Amazon

Apparently my book has been chosen by the powers that be at Lulu.com to be offered for sale on Amazon. Which strikes me as a bit odd since it doesn't have an ISBN and has made a grand total of six independent sales on Lulu, but I'm not going to argue about it. Pop over and offer a glowing and completely unsubstantiated review now! Better still, buy it at an outrageous 30% markup from the price offered at my own storefront.
