Got an email from Nez (aka Wazaga on DA) last night. A few months back I had written an Arabesque fairy-tale for her in return for the cover art for Demon Eyes. It was called "How the Dragonfly was Made" and I based it on the specs she provided. Her intent was to use it as the basis for a series of illustrations, but she's decided to change formats. Nez is now going to adapt it into an approximately 50 page comic, and has given me the right to publish a text edition exclusively for my own profit, with shared cover art. It should be a nice interim piece to put for sale while I'm busy pounding out Shadow of the Red Vixen. Hopefully it'll sell better than Demon Eyes though. I don't seem to have much luck with short fiction.
