One Further thought on "Thud"

By the end of the novel, Ankh-Morpok has a metric crapload of tunnels dug out underneath it's surface by the dwarfs, and it is in the possession of a Device, which turns slowly, constantly, and with seemingly unliminted torque.

Anyone care to take bets on whether the next A-M book is going to have a cable-powered subway involved somehow?
