Apparently the best way to go about shutting down the "Vile fraud site" [1] Landover Baptist Church http://www.animaldefense.org/landover.html is to create site that looks even more over the top than Landover does: http://objective.jesussave.us/shutdown.html

Though you have to admire someone who is willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. One of the shutdown tactics recommended was to contact the owners of the host servers, since obviously they were unaware of what a vile thing they had in their servers.

[1] Assuming by "Vile Fraud Site" you mean "Obvious and over the top parody of overzealous Christian sites that even a six year would recognize as being a put on."
