Tom Health Update

So, we had to hit the emergency room last night.



Short version: He'd been drinking Pedialite steadily yesterday, taking in about 800ml, which was good, and still running a high fever and having several nasty cases of diarrhea, which was bad. Then, as I was changing him one last time before getting ready to pick Georgia from daycare (because there was no way in the Wide Green World I was going to try and watch her AND Thomas while he was sick) I noticed there was blood in Thomas' stool. It turned out the amount and consistency wasn't anything to panic over, which we figured later after panicking and taking him to the emergency room for testing.

So, a long night last night, especially for moonshadowed who ended up taking him while I watched Georgia. Now we're just waiting for some results from his tests to see if this bug is viral or bacterial in nature. He;s spent all day like the past few, sitting on the couch and being generally tired and quietly miserable, but in no danger.
