Nano: Progress of a sort

Have managed to create a bare bones outline of the first five chapters. After that things go south in a rather interesting way, so I may end up winging it from there. It seems that situation the character sare dealign with will be strickly small scale from their perspective. The political ramifications important, but the problem they have to deal with is managable by a group of three people.
