Technically no, according to the argument that absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. However, during their appearance in Cryoburn there is no mini-Mark or mini-Kareen in tow, neither at any time mention one, Miles (who is benignly obsessed with his own offspring over the course of the book) never asks after a niece or nephew when even the most self-absorbed uncle would, and during their last featured appearance twelve years before (A Civil Campaign) Mark and Kareen both were very much focused on their own ambitions and careers, and at no time was the desire for a little one expressed, and even subtly and euphemistically rejected.
So yeah, I seriously doubt Mark and Kareen have any kids.
