"Almost certainly from the start," Syuzhet replied.

"It's pretty obvious if you know what you're looking for," Fabula added.

"I think when he considered blasting through the gauntlet of civilian ships it was a dead giveaway," Syuzhet said.

"I trust you have been able to conceal your own nature from Mars?" Jean prompted.

"Oh, yes sir," Fabula said quickly.

"The beauty of being a Martian is that they expect people to talk to themselves," both halves of the Kyriotate said.
