mmegaera 's advice I converted and uploaded Good Landing to Amazon this morning. It went pretty smoothly, but I couldn't figure out how to make it free, so I set a nominal price of 99 cents/pence/centiEuros. We'll see how it looks when it appears on Amazon within 24 hours.
