Event: I was busy loading advertising information for a hotel, notably the features to be found right at the hotel. Among the items listed: "Hot and cold running water." Which floored me for a moment, until I remembered that it was in India.

Now if I could just figure out what the "RTC Complex" was that these hotels keep using as a landmark in their directions.
