Or rather, by not watching what you eat and failing to exercise. Nevertheless, on my weekend weigh-in I actually did manage a net loss, even though I'd eaten fast food at least three times and didn't bother to track my points. OTOH I was careful to skip the sugary sodas, drank my water, and only ate small amounts of hard candy from the halloween leftovers. Have to see how I do this week after exercising for a minimum of five days.

Over the weekend Tracy managed to paint a good section of the corner in our dining room. With any luck this weekend we can move the cupboard back and get all the boxes and cans off the dining room table.

Poor Tom went down for his nap around Noon on Sunday, and despite our best efforts (we stopped short of dropping an ice cube down his back) we couldn't revive him. So he (and Daddy) ended up waking at 1 AM this morning. I'm half-hoping he zombies our at six this evening so I've got a shot at catching up with my sleep. Snore.
