Because for one thing, it would totally cruel to drop Benjamin, Caprice, and Qin from A Miracle of Science http://www.project-apollo.net/mos/index.html into the Terinu http://www.terinu.net/ universe. Seeing as Caprice is a member of a planatary group mind, and wouldn't react well to being suddenly cut off from something she's been connected to since she was a toddler. }:)
