The ambassador watched with anticipation as the king raised his wineglass to his lips. Yes, drink it. Drink it all down and save us from your insanity!
"Mmm, nutty," the king declared mildly.
"What?" the ambassador muttered softly. The taste of the wine should have masked the cyanide, shouldn't it?
"Yes, sire," the Minister of Torture said. "Almond wine is a rarity. I was lucky to be able to import..." His face suddenly went pale as he clutched at his belly, then doubled over and began to convulse and vomit.
He got the wrong glass. What do we do now?
