"You're bored," the Prince said.
Well, she hadn't married him just for his looks and handiness with a kiss.
"I'm bored," she admitted. "I'm not allowed to make my own dresses, or milk the cows, or feed the chickens, or cook your meals. I don't like listening to music and I can't read well. If I'm not allowed to do something soon I'm going to go mad."
"Sewing is a ladylike occupation," he offered.
"Sewing tapestries. I want to do something useful."
He was quiet for a long moment. "Diplomacy?"
"I am not a diplomat."
"They're dragons."
"I'm in."
