Premise: A doctor at a hospital for the insane in Savannah, Georgia in 1863 is treating a madman who claims to be a time traveler from the 21st century.

Doctor: If you really are from the 21st century, who is the president in your time?

Madman: You wouldn't believe me.

Doctor: Try me, please.

Madman: His name is Obama.

Doctor (stars laughing): Really, son. You expect me to believe the Union would ever elect an Irishman to be President?
