Sorry I didn't write yesterday. Had to finish writing an essay for school, since December Break ended yesterday. The snow on our street hasn't been plowed yet so we had a virmute class session with Miss Hsu, instead of everyone meeting at school for Personal Interaction.
Grandma said when she was my age they still had to go school four times a week. But she also said that virt teaching wasn't as good either. Not sure if a live teacher is that much better. Miss Hsu can get pretty boring, and she doesn't understand when I know something already or need help on something else.
Grandma Jill also said that when she was a kid Summer Break was two months long. It had something to do with kids working on farms before the government passed labor laws. I can't imagine two whole months with no school. How could kids remember what they were learning, especially without a phone or deskcomp to keep up with stuff?
I think I like just getting a week off every couple of months. I'd be scared to fall behind like that.
