Sales Report: April

Summary: That was the worst month I've had for a long time. A grand total of just twelve paid sales, about equal to what I was selling when I started all of this, and only had about four stories for sale.


Things to Do: I've finished Blooded, the next Ali story. Just need to edit it better and wait for Nez to do the cover. The other stories on the back burner remain there. My muse is shit and my ability to moderate my time even worse.

Just as a note, no matter how many times I've read Good Landing I still choke up.

I can remember being in English when the principal came over the speakers to tell us what happened to Challenger. I can remember a year later when my grade school started the morning with a minute of silence in memory of the astronauts. I remember waking up to a phone call from an aunt, who like me is both a science and science fiction fan, letting me know right away what had happened rather than leave me to stumble on the news later.

I can't speak for any of the families, but I think the story is a fine tribute.
