There isn't one.

No, seriously, there isn't one.

Stop asking.

The idea that the Foxen Council of Countesses would deliberately have a specific bureaucratic organization to commit murder against the nobility [1] is so completely ridiculous and antithetical compared to accepted Noble mores as to defy description.

Nevertheless the idea of the MoA is rather persistent. As a collection of the absolute rulers of what amounts to small countries, the Council can be rather.... fractious. Outside times of absolute crisis it can be difficult to get anything done at all. And persistently obnoxious countesses and lesser nobles do have a habit of dropping dead at a much younger age than a normal foxen lifespan. Critics of the idea point out that perfectly sensible and non-controversial nobles drop dead earlier than normal as well. Being part of the Nobel caste, particularly among the countesses, means that you're destined to be placed in a high level administrative position with deep responsibilities from birth. Stress related illnesses are particularly high among them. Perfectly normal and no need for any mysterious black ops agency's intervention.

The most recent example of this was mysterious double “suicide” of Countes Evelina Highglider and her son Lord Kev Highglider, after they were both connected to the attempted kidnapping and murder of Lady Sallivera Darktail during her recent offworld vacation. Despite the pair being already secured in an institution for the violently insane with heavy monitoring, they succeeded in gaining enough privacy to tie their sheets into nooses and hang themselves in a coordinated suicide in their cells. Rumors that they were given aid in their attempt, or that they were given no choice in the matter, still swarm around the incident.

Critics of the idea point out that Kev Highglider remained alive and well for three years after being found guilty of the hideous beating and mutilation of his wife, Lady Sallivera, when perhaps being assassinated would have saved much trouble for the Council later, when Countess Evelina's own mental health began to deteriorate rapidly.

So, in conclusion, there is no such thing as the Foxen Ministry of Assassination made up of highly trained ex-Military caste Special Forces members. There is no secret Eleventh Countess leading it. It is absolutely not receiving material support from the League of Concerned Commoners, nor are its actions being covered up by the Commoner Media Association and its related news reporting companies.

Seriously.

So stop asking.

Now.

You'll be safer for it.

[1] What, do you think it would target Commoners? That would be... tasteless.
