We have a clean house

Sanitation Inspector came by, in Part Quadrillion of our adoption proceedings. We were a touch nervous about this, since the day before we had the rugs steam-cleaned, and the poor crew had to cancel 2 more appointments just to get our house done. [1] But we passed, if not with flying colors, at least with only three minor dings (need a covered kitchen trash can, a proper sharps container for Max's insulin needles, and a child-safety lock on the cabinet doors beneath the sink.)



[1] It's never a good sign when the first words out of a housecleaner's mouth is, "Holy moly!"

Haha that's what a housecleaner would say if they saw my house XDD lolz.
I had no idea you were adopting, i hadn't read anything in your journal about it. But that's awesome! I hope it goes well for you :3
