Tom does have pneumonia. We've got a perscription for an anti-biotic and a cough suppresant for him, so he should be feeling better in a couple of days, but right now he's really knocked out.

Glad you have the antibiotics now. How about a humidifier? Very crucial to "mobilize secretions" in respiratory ailments. IE, keep the mucus as liquid as possible. Saline drops are also good. Most babies hate 'em, but the annoyed crying gets the snot out real good too....
