Thanks. I'm doing better today. Took a nice hot soak in the tub, which cleared the sinuses and eased the aches. Got up way too early, but I've got more energy than I did yesterday.

Oh, poor baby. trust me boiling water, a couple of slices of lemon and honey to sweeten it. It doesn't sound good but it'll help your head clear up!
