Where would a straight arrow like that pick up Rogue levels? He
wouldn't even hang out with moneylenders.

Date: 2005-11-14 06:23 pm (UTC)As a deity's earthly incarnation, he can have levels in whatever class he wants, after all.
Besides, you're still thinking of "Rogue" as "Thief" --- Rogues in 3rd Edition D&D are basically the "I rely on my skills, rather than magic or weaponry" class. You don't have to put those points into Hide in Shadows.
At a guess, JC would have maximum ranks in:
Sense Motive (right -- you're gonna bullshit him?)
Info Gathering (hangs out with the poor and downtrodden)
Perform (storytelling)
Knowledge: Religion (was teaching rabbis at the age of 12; may have hung with Buddhists for a while when he was off the Biblical radar)
Knowledge: Politics (rendered unto Caesar)
Healing (duh)
Cooking (loaves & fishes a specialty)
Craftsman (Carpenter)
He'd also have appropriate skills for a fisherman and/or sailor.
Evasion almost certainly belongs in his list because he didn't actually HAVE to get caught at the end, and he successfully stayed out of the clutches of the authorities for a long time.
