Smashwords announced today that PayPay has reversed their attempt to censor authors on Smashwords. Oddly enough, that means now PayPal has the most liberal policy towards paying for goods on the Internet now.

For myself, Prisoners of War will be available for sale once again shortly, after it goes through the automated review process again.
