"Smart shoes?" she repeated
"You said you wanted something very comfortable for jogging, so the Groupmind thought and adapted some nanos suited for footwear. They alter their tread depending on the surface you're on, and give total support. Try them!" her morph said.
"Okay." She pulled them over her feet. The shoes felt like oiled dancing slippers as they slid on and adjusted, until everything fit snugly. She stood, taking a step. "It feels like my feet are still bare!"
"They'll never need cleaning either!"
"Nice," she said. "How do I take them off?"
"'Take them off?'" her morph asked.
