Fiddling around with the settings in my Spam in-box on gmail, I notice at the top of the screen is a helpful link for Spam Fajitas recipe.

And you didn't share the link??? Fer shame, man. I was getting, like all droolly. Now I'll have to go looking for it myself.

Actually, it's the SunSpouse who's so Spam-happy. I try to discourage this by pointing out that even Spam Lite [1] is dredged, swimming and brimming in fat and sodium. Which doesn't help a whit. He loves the sh*t. *shudders*

[1] You didn't know there was a Spam Lite? Well, lemme tell ya. There's also Spam Turkey (pronounced awful), Spam Spicy (haven't tried), and probably others I'm forgetting. Would favor forgetting them all, but what can you do? He keeps putting them down on the grocery list....

Sorry. Unfortunately it seems to change every time you refresh the spam box, so here's a recipe for "Ginger Spam Salad" instead.
