Analog Update

jeriendhalThe package containing my MS was received and signed for at Stanley Schmidt's office. Now it begins its long fermentation at the bottom of what's likely a very large slush pile.
I'm trying to be realistic about this. A novelette of the size I submitted is likely to be the single biggest piece in any one issue. Figuring twelve slots in a year's worth of Analog, with at least half of those taken up by novel serializations, it ain't real likely that the story is going to be accepted.
But who really knows?
