From the first episode, I'd have to go with Starbuck's situation (gosh, that kid, I can't imagine something more horrifying than being blackmailed with your own flesh and blood). And the second episode, the final scene, of course (Zarek protecting Roslin was just too tearjerking). Other powerful scene was Baltar being forced to sign that order. I'm so torn over him (what a brilliantly written character). I don't know whether to despise him utterly or sympathize with his deep human flaws.
A great season opener overall, BSG stands at the top of my favorite shows. I should definitely make a review post. Everyone needs to watch that show.
