Nope, that's Matt, Teri's only friend during his days as an apprentice pirate. Despite being a very slashable pair, Peta insists there's nothing between them, and has pointedly (if humorously) warned against anybody getting ideas. :) Here's the full page for comparison:

No problem. I don't think Leeza would ever hug him like that, unless he asked. OTOH Nineeta, the leggy girl from his Cabaret days, I could easily see robbing the cradle occasionally. :)
