I'm having something of an internal debate right now. I've finished writing "Unexpected Diversions" (aside from some minor edits), and courtesy of Peta even have some kick-arse illustrations to go with it. But I'm wondering if I should send it over to Sabledrake as I originally planned, or whether I ought to try and give it a go at a professional fantasy publication, such as the "Chicks in Chainmail" series, or a periodical.
I'm horribly tempted to send the silly thing straight to Christine Morgan and ask her, "So, do you think you'd like to publish this, or do you think I ought to send it somebody who might actaully, y'know, pay me?
