Tracy complained to me last night that getting the parts for our new computer is like our experience at getting the flooring. I'm inclined to agree. For starters, I ordered the parts again yesterday, called NewEgg and confirmed we'd be getting that $20 rebate, then added a piece to the order that I'd missed before. So far, so good.

I get home after work, check the order again, and notice that I've got two orders for the exact ssame set of parts. Sent at the exact same time, down to the second.

So by the time I called NewEgg, both orders have shipped according to the help desk lady, and I'm going to have to wait for them arrive, called NewEgg to get an RMA set up, and bring one set of packages back to UPS. AGAIN.

On behalf of Newegg, who I happen to be a web editor for, I'm sorry! Sometimes our super-fast shipping system hiccups. I like to think we're better than most, but I don't have any pull in that department.

Hey, no worries. On the plus side, I got everything the day after I ordered it, even though I specified UPS Ground shipping, so I can't fault your effciency. :)
