Sep. 20th, 2007 09:51 amGot a call from a man who identified himself as a private investigator, claiming to investigating on the behalf of Choice Hotels (my old employer) stockholders. It appears that the CEO made some fairly bold claims about the company's performance, just before the stocks dropped 30%, all shortly after I left. There apparently has been soem accusations of insider trading.
I couldn't offer him much information, since the financial stuff wasn't in my department, but still...
