Don't ask me what I was thinking when I started my little posting cycle yesterday. I think I got it in my head that I wanted to attempt a spontaneous repeat of the infamous Blogging the Apocalypse LJ meme that happened a few months back, except all by my lonesome. Then of course I remembered the other event Halloween is famous for and tried dropping War of the Worlds into the mix. In retrospect they didn't mesh together very well, though mishalak did give my the spark to bring the two plot ideas together in my final posting.

Anyway, it was a fun experiment, and I was highly amused by some of the responses I got, especially chewipaka's initial confusion.

Anyway, I enjoyed myself, and I'm glad to report there were no BRAINS! side effects.

I'd defend my silliness, but really, you got me because I thought you honestly had a really bad infection from a crazy homeless dude :-D (And I was thinking, ZOMG, zombies!!!)
