Ahem. Knowing what they say (mostly arguing about coins and who's watching like, 'lemme see' 'waitwaitwaitwait' and 'Come on' 'Too soon...' then in the end 'too late') really doesn't give me an idea who the two guys are - my guess is either Russian comics who have a show, or just an idea of the video's director.
The song's words are as close to the original lyrics as they could get them in Russian.
But OY this is just hilarious! (and the name of the band? ViaGra? ;) )
