Non-Progress Report: The Ship

Busy, busy day at work, so no writing really done except for a couple of lines. I'm really disgusted at my writing pace compared to when I started this. At the rate I'm going I'll have reached my goal around the time Georgia enters first grade. Also, I'm stuck with a dangling scene. I like it, but I haven't figured out how to end it on a strong note.
