Childhood TV Viewing, running (up the stairs) gag dept.

Half remembered show from my childhood. One of those awful Saturday Morning live-action shows from the 70's, the ones that ABC seemed to churn out endlessly. I can remember nothing from the show, except it had the usual Two Guys + One Girl 20-year olds playing teenagers, solving mysteries. The only thing that sticks in my mind at all was a running gag where inevitably the confrontation would take place at the top of the "Someguysname Tower, the Worlds Tallest Building (With No Elevator)". Cue groans from the cast as the realize they have to climb to the top of it AGAIN.

Ring any bells, or have I finally lost my mind?
