jeriendhalSo yesterday whilst surfing the net I managed to hit the wrong site and get a nasty piece of adware on my computer that literally popped up every 30 seconds to "help" me by removing (irony of ironys) viruses and malware.
Cue much cursing as my freebie copy Spyware Doctor did no good. Cue more cursing when I upgraded to the registered version and found that I can't download the updates. moonshadowed figured out how to boot the computer into Safe Mode. Win for us, even more when I can get the virus protection working again.
