It's a big spending package that President Obama is trying to get approved by Congress. Basically a whole lot of spending programs and state aid to try and get the economy back on track.

It effects me because, due to state budget cuts, they just cut back on the hours employees are working in my office. So I'm losing about $350 a month for the next three months from my paycheck. :(
