One was a print copy and the other a pdf. Hopefully the buyer won't find any other boner editing goofs like the one he reported (which will be corrected ASAP)

hmmm. Do you hope they won't be found or do you hope they aren't there to be found. ;-) Since it is publish on demand, can't you make real time corrections?

Not exactly. I have to make the corrections to my home copy and upload the file to my lulu storefront. Unfortunately I forgot to e-mail my copy of the book to my home account, so any corrections have to wait until Monday.

even fancy published books have those kind of errors any more - the 'editors' are relying to much on the computer to spot the goofs and gaffs -

authors that I've been reading for years are increasingly plagued with lack of proper editing issues.

if naught else you are in good company there - even if its not the reason you'd rather be associated with famous authors

I sometimes take a pen and correct the spelling/punctuation in my books when the error is glaringly obvious. I'm generally able to resist when it's a library book that contains the errors, though.
