Found a painful number of needed edits in UD, which I corrected and finally managed to upload today. For everyone who bought a dead tree edition I humbly apologize. The one fellow who bought a PDF copy can contact me privately and I can at least send you a corrected edition.

Actually, those are in the full downloadable PDF, too. Would you like me to do a bit more hunting for things like that, or are you tired of editing? ^^°
