Yes, but it was all complicated by the fact that Tracy went over without me. If I had gone with her, Georgia would have been made an American citizen when she got her travel paperwork at the US Consulate. As it was, we had to first re-adopt her here in the States and then apply to the Immigration and Naturalization Service to get her citizenship.

Gotta love beuracracy.
