Halloween Report

Took Tom and Georgia out around the neighborhood while moonshadowed manned the front door. We did a quick circuit around the nieghborhood. Goergia did much better at treak or treating than last year, not being so feaful of walking away from the house in the darkness and Tom got some nice comments about his WALL E costume that his mom made for him.

Turnout was lousy this year though, barely a dozen kids comiing to the door. Either the neighborhood is getting older, or the fact that it rained early that day kept everyone inside. It didn't help that it start spinkling aorund 6:30 or so, and rained harder later in the evening.

Turn out at my friend's house and my parent's house was terrible this year. We are blaming it all on the rain.

It was a no show at my house in Los Angeles, so I blame flu fears since it was a warm day that day. There are no children in my neighborhood, but still, we get people who trek out to our neighborhood for sweets. Very bizarre.
